I'm a local Alaskan, born and raised here in Anchorage. For years, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges our heavy snowfalls and frequent ice dams pose to homes and businesses. Helping friends and family deal with these issues inspired me to find a better way to tackle this persistent problem.

With a background in construction and home renovation, I have an in-depth understanding of roofing systems from the inside out. This knowledge, combined with a passion for problem-solving, drove me to start Roof Guard and bring specialized ice dam prevention services to our community.

When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring the Alaskan outdoors from skinning up slopes to skiing untouched powder and other outdoor adventures. My love for adventure was instilled from a young age, as my mother hails from South Africa. Earliy trips abroad have sparked a lifelong appreciation for travel.
